Transforming into a perfectionist judge, actor Ha Seok Jin appreciates the opportunity given to play a role in the mystery thriller genre. He reveals how he was most attracted to the genre of Blind, being the reason to accept the role. 

In the actor’s previous drama, he portrayed an unemployed character preparing for a job, and in the upcoming drama, his character Ryu Sung-hoon is the total opposite of it.

Described as a cold-hearted person who avoids even small meals, Ryu Sung-hoon is introduced as a judge intolerant of personal emotions in a trial.

Rather than seeing his character as a cold and big-headed person, Ha Seok Jin believes his character has burning anger inside. Going into detail in his description, the actor compares Ryu Sung-hoon to a cold snowy mountain with boiling magma inside.

To prepare for his role, Ha Seok Jin reveals how he distanced himself from people around him, including his family. By doing so, he gets closer to his character and would be able to express it naturally.
