Ji Sung, Seo Ji Hye, Lee Soo Kyung, Heo Sung Tae, and Oh Dae Hwan star in the new tvN series, Adamas!
tvN’s new mystery and thriller drama Adamas has finally completed its dream cast. Director Park Seung Woo (Kairos, The Guardians) helms the series. In addition, Writer Choi Tae Kang will pen the series.
Adamas is about the story of twin brothers who are looking for the real culprit to clear the image of their father who is accused of killing their stepfather.
In the drama, Ji Sung takes on two roles: best-selling mystery novel Ha Woo-shin and prosecutor Song Soo-hyun. The actor is expected to intensely express two brothers who are caught up in a harrowing fate.
Accordingly, Ha Woo-shin and Song Soo-hyun are brothers who have lived with the same face, but their personalities and ways of solving problems are completely different.
Thus, even when working on the same case involving their birth father being framed, each approaches the situation from a different point of view.
Ji Sung (The Devil Judge) suits up to the dual roles of Ha Woo-shin and Song Su-hyeon. Next, Seo Ji Hye (Kiss Sixth Sense) portrays Eun Hye-soo.
Rounding up the lead cast, Lee Soo Kyung (Law School) plays Kim Seo-hee while acting veterans Heo Sung Tae (Squid Game) and Oh Dae Hwan (Forecasting Love and Weather) also join the project.

The First Script Reading of Adamas
At the table-read for Adamas, the actors and production team gathered together and boasted a stellar synergy.
First, Ji Sung’s performance as twin brothers who will play two roles in one person stood out.
Second, as the Haesong Group’s daughter-in-law, Seo Ji Hye fully transformed into the mysterious but elegant character of Eun Hye-soo.
Besides that, Lee Soo Kyung fully revived the character of Kim Seo-hee by digesting the other side of a scarred person.
Finally, Heo Sung Tae and Oh Dae Hwan expressed the characters’ heavy presence, creating tension, and increasing interest, and curiosity.
The production team of Adamas said:
