Co-produced by Studio & New and Artist Studio, Tell Me That You Love Me promises a healing romance drama poignantly sketched.

The series tells the story of Cha Jin-woo, to be portrayed by Jung Woo Sung.

Jin-woo is deaf and is accustomed to expressing emotions with pictures instead of words. He meets Jung Mo-eun, who conveys her feelings with her voice.

Notably, this series marks Jung Woo Sung’s small screen return since Padam Padam after 10 years. Challenging the role of Jin-woo, he is set to color a character who is free in his own quiet world. He is free-spirited even when faced with frequent prejudice.

Versatile actress Shin Hyun Bin who delighted viewers with her portrayals in Hospital Playlist and Reflection of You characterizes Jung Mo-eun.

Penning the script is Kim Min Jung who wrote the screenplays for Love In The Moonlight and The Sound of Magic. In charge of the production is Director Kim Yun Jin of Our Beloved Summer fame.

Tell Me That You Love Me is based on the original award-winning Japanese melodrama of the same name which aired on TBS in 1995. It tells the story of an actress who creates a connection with a man at a neighborhood park not knowing that while she practices in front of him, the man actually cannot speak nor hear.

After finishing the supporting role casting, full-scale filming for the series begins at the end of this year.
