tvN’s new drama The Road: Tragedy of One unveiled character posters featuring Ji Jin Hee, Yoon Se Ah, and Kim Hye Eun.
The poster showed the three characters exhibiting a fierce look with a black and white scheme showing shadowed face.
The mystery drama narrates a tragic accident that happened on one rainy night, which resulted in chaos.
Baek Soo-Hyun (Ji Jin Hee) is a respected anchorman and gained the trust of his viewers that everything he says is the truth.
Soo Eun-Soo (Yoon Se-Ah) is the wife of Baek Soo-Hyun and the daughter of the chairman of the Jegang group. She always prioritizes her family more than anything else.
Meanwhile, Cha Seo-Young (Kim Hye Eun) is an announcer on a broadcasting station and has everything, including an excellent job, good educational background, and a pleasing physical appearance.
The characters unveiled mysteries as they all live in an uncanny place called the “Royal Hill.”
Drama Poster Radiates a Contrasting Mood
In the drama poster released on July 9, the main characters Ji, Yoon, and Kim all exposed a serious aura.
Intently looking at the light of salvation having different expressions piqued the curiosity of viewers on what secrets lie ahead.
It also showed muted mood that diffused light and darkness.
The phrase “The Moment You Swallowed the Truth, The Tragedy Began,” indicates that the characters would soon face an enormous tragedy in their elegant homes.
First, Ji Jin Hee as Baek Soo-Hyun firmly closed his lips and manifested a serious eye, saying that he would not reveal his feelings. The tension is also added because of his enigmatic look.
Meanwhile, Yoon Se Ah as Seo Eun-Soo, appears a modest and warm wife, also evokes unfathomable expression.
Lastly, Kim Ye Eun as Cha Seo-Young, wears vampire patterned clothes with thick make-up gave an aura that she wanted more, even though she has everything.
The Road: Tragedy of One airs its’ first episode on August 4, 10:30 p.m on tvN.
