Behind Your Touch Episodes 3 and 4 Highlights
After witnessing a woman in danger with her hoobae as the presumed culprit, Ye-bun relays the information to Jang-yeol but he refuses to believe.
“Do you expect me to start an investigation with your psychic nonsense?”
So, she sets forth to investigate by using the stray cats lurking at her hoobae‘s house. Risking hair loss, she obtains information to unlock his house but finds no one inside.
Unfortunately, her hoobae arrived so she had to escape through the tiny window sill of the comfort room. She ends up hilariously trapping her waist with the windowsill.
Ok-hee seeks Ye-bun’s help with her recent boyfriend problem. It turns out though that Ok-hee’s boyfriend does not have a woman but is actually a gay who likes dressing up as a woman.
Meanwhile, Seon-woo moves to Shaman McArthur’s place in exchange for giving him English lessons. It looks as though Seon-woo harbors interest in the lively vet who also has a secret crush on him.
Doing some more investigation, Ye-bun realizes a house where the woman his hoobae kidnapped might be located. She goes there and asks Jang-yul for support but he does not commit.
True to her instinct, she finds the same room occupied by the MeTuber, but also finds her hoobae who confessed to his sins. On the brink of being strangled to death, Jang-yeol arrives to save Ye-bun. They also save the woman who was hanged by the culprit.
“Make your choice. Do you want to shave it all off or lose some along the way?”
Treating Ye-bun to a meal, Jang-yeol is surprised that she does not have control over her power. Thankfully, Ok-hee agrees to be her lab rat and she checks on how far her peeking of the past can go depending on how she touches the bum of the person.
Equipped with newfound knowledge, Ye-bun works with Jang-yeol on the cases since he argues that helping her made him not a part of a high-profile case that would have sent him back to Seoul.
Training Ye-bun’s powers, Jang-yeol tasked her to dip her fingers in flaming sand. However, the burn disrupts Ye-bun’s powers. It was definitely bad news for Jang-yeol who is working on a case involving an assemblyman.
Seeking a moment of interaction with Seon-woo, Ye-bun scores an impromptu dinner invitation as they munch on the soon-to-expire convenience store food by the seaside. They learn common things about them as they talk to each other.
Because of that, he works hard to treat her delicate hands. True enough, Ye-bun’s powers returned and they go for some digging for the culprit who stole the Assemblyman Cha’s donor list.
Summoning Ok-hui and her gang, they cause a ruckus in an ongoing campaign event which gives them a chance for Ye-bun to touch the bums of the people freely. She gets two key visions including the lie of the Assemblyman Cha’s aide and a cryptic idea that could involve Ye-bun’s grandfather.
Meanwhile, the rescued rude Me-Tuber gets discharged from the hospital. On her way back, she receives a notice to go somewhere. While reaching out for something in the car, she missed a truck and almost bumped into it.
While waiting for roadside assistance, a man she recognized approached her and she was dragged to a nearby beach before she was murdered.
Behind Your Touch Episodes 3 and 4 Musings
Behind Your Touch features quirky characters that blend well together. It’s like there’s a fun battle of scene-stealers which makes the story an amusing watch.
Ye-bun who struggles with the reality of her hair loss coming from newly-acquired power hits a hilarious moment when she sees glimpses of Seon-woo’s after-shower moment when she touches the cat he rescued. Of course, her dilemma is justifiable.
Probably, we will know why Ye-bun’s grandfather gives her a cold treatment in the next episodes.
This week also made us realize that a spontaneous date with your crush eating close-to-expiration food is doable.
Engaging us with their respective romance story, the parodies and bickering between Jong-muk and Hyeon-ok also keeps the laughter and engagement in the story.
Who is the mysterious murderer of the rude MeTuber? Will Jang-yeol score something big for his grand plan to go back to Seoul? Is Ye-bun’s one-sided crush with Seon-woo going to prosper? What is Seon-woo’s secret motive in moving to Mujin.
