Binnians of the Hyun Bin Philippine Fan Club are all set to show their doting sides for their favorite actor!
The adoring group supporting Korean heartthrob Hyun Bin received a big surprise from Manila Preneur Corp. on August 25.
At the live stream event for the one-month-to-go countdown before Hyun Bin’s 39th birthday on September 25, the lifestyle event company rolls out all the fan club projects to look forward to.
Aiming to duplicate the same success of the actor’s 2020 birthday celebration which was featured in local and international stories, Hyun Bin Philippine Fan Club (HBPFC) gears up for an exciting and memorable event this year.
“I am more challenged this year since the fan club have grown almost 200% from the time we held 2020 Hyun Bin’s Virtual Party celebration for the fans.” – Ms. Cherry Saculo, President of the Hyun Bin Philippine Fan Club (HBPFC) and CEO of Manila Preneur Corp (MPC).
Impressively, the fan club has remained to be actively engaging as a virtual fan community while keeping everyone’s busy schedules in place. A feat that is remarkable considering other fan groups who used to be active have shown a weakened presence.
“I am very thankful that the Binnians of the HBPFC remained strong. I made sure that MPC continues to create exciting content for the HBPFC. Like monthly virtual streams, fan engagements thru our fanzine and even charity initiatives. It is important that every fan feels their sense of belongingness to the group”, added by the dedicated Fan club President.”
Hyun Bin’s 39th Birthday Project
Taking a witty “NINANG” (GODMOTHER) concept for Hyun Bin’s birthday on September 25, HBPFC is lucky to have solid support from Manila Preneur Corp., an integrated marketing agency.
In the world of fandom, the supporters normally contribute individual efforts in order to create activities for their community.
But since the CEO of Manila Preneur Corp. is a fangirl herself, Cherry has inspired so many other fans to be active. Proving that is the visible growth of the number of fans from last year as well as the stronger fan engagement even if Hyun Bin has no recent activities!
She shared during the live stream that it took her months to plan for this 2021 event. According to her, she even rejected & enhanced her own plans on a regular basis.
“Every time I think of a new idea, I get excited and I build the plans immediately, but I don’t share it with the admins or my staff. I sleep it over for a few days until I am fully confident with the concept. “
She said that she feels fulfilled doing most of the legwork because this became her source of inspiration, especially during this pandemic.
Starting today, the Binnians are busy executing Hyun Bin’s 39th Birthday Project. A well-rounded plan that highlights the numbers “3” and “9” that Cherry explained as, 3 Party Elements & 9 People.
First of the 3 is their CAKE surprise, which has 9 Cake Blowers who are fans assigned to during the singing of the happy birthday song.
The second is the TOAST, which is promoting their very own Hyun Bin Beer which will be launched on Sept 1.
Lastly, the LOOT BAGS, which will be a charity initiative, giving loot bags to 9 different foundations for orphans, seniors, PWD, women, education, sick, church, environment & animals.
It can be recalled that the 2020 gifts to Hyun Bin (Shoe art & Exclusive Craft Beer brew) were a hit since it proudly symbolized the character of Capt. Ri with clear Filipino branding.
When asked what is expected this 2021, she replied, “Suspense is important, as a fan club we share teasers from time to time, but everyone needs to wait for THE D-DAY.”
