Jeon Mi Do Relays “Hospital Playlist 2” Characters Are 200% Revamped

Actress Jeon Mi Do, who plays Chae Song-hwa in Hospital Playlist 2, is excited for fans to meet the new charms of the cast.

Actress Jeon Mi Do stated, “The characters seem to be 200% sharper than Season 1. So it seems to be more fun to focus and shoot. I’ve adapted more, so in Season 2, I think I can show my character with more relaxed and better acting. I want to meet you soon.”

After a long wait, tvN releases a 47-second teaser on May 17 that made fans emotional and excited. Directed by Shin Won Ho (Reply 1988, Prison Playbook), the drama shows the chemistry between five friends as they witness life and death as doctors.

Jeon Mi Do (Chae Song-hwa) is a friendly neurosurgeon respected and trusted by her juniors and seniors. In season 2, the characters will focus more on three-dimensional acting while giving warmth to fans.

Fans all around the world love Hospital Playlist for its good story plot and award-winning acting. 

For Jeon Mi Do, her portrayal has helped her receive an award at the 2020 Brand of the Year Award. Even though it is her first K-Drama lead role, she was awarded as Rookie of the Year for her exceptional portrayal of the character.

Jung Kyung Ho, who plays Kim Jun-wan, won many awards as Best New Actor since 2007. His recent award was Best Character Award and Comic Character (Missing Nine) at the 2017 MBC Drama Awards.

On the other hand, Yoo Yeon-Seok (An Jeong-won) is known for his portrayal as Goo Dong Mae in Mr. Sunshine. Since 2011, he is nominated as Best New and Supporting Actor. And in 2018, the actor bagged his first award as Best Supporting Actor at 2018 The Seoul Awards.

Kim Dae Myung (The Flower Of Evil, Bluebeard) puts on his surgical gloves as Yang Seok-hyeong. The actor is also nominated as Best New and Supporting Actor since 2017. He finally won as Excellence Actor at the 2015 Korea Drama Awards.

Lastly, Jo Jung-Suk, who plays Lee Ik-jun, received 17 nominations as Best, Most Popular, and Best Supporting Actor 2012. He bagged eight awards as Best New Actor and Best Supporting Actor in different annual award ceremonies.
