An elegant battle of tenacious ad-makers is set to unfold in Agency.
Agency is a 16-episode workplace drama starring Lee Bo Young (Mine, When My Love Blooms, God’s Gift: 14 Days, I Can Hear Your Voice), Son Na Eun (Ghost Doctor, Lost, Dinner Mate, Cinderella and the Four Knights), Jo Sung Ha (Adamas, Lovers of the Red Sky, Arthdal Chronicles, Delayed Justice) and Han Joon Woo (Extreme Job, Pachinko, Through the Darkness, Happiness).
This drama depicts the story of VC Group’s very first female board member and how she takes her career to the very top.
Correspondingly the series premieres on K-PLUS on January 8 and 9 at 9:15 PM (MY/PH) and 8: 15 PM (ID). There will be an encore every Sunday, 3 PM (MY/PH) and 2 PM (ID).

Meet VC Group’s Ad-Makers
Go Ah-in (Lee Bo Young) is the living icon of going from “rags to riches”. An orphan who grew up without her parents, she had to give up on entering a good college out of poverty. After working
endlessly for 19 years, Ah-in proved her own worth and became the very first female board member of VC Group.
While outsiders believe that to be her limit, Ah-in prepares to exceed expectations and begins to aim for the very top. Ah-in received a perfect score on the entrance exam and joined the agency as a copywriter. For 19 years, she worked like an emotionless machine and had never blinked an eye despite being called money and success crazy.
Contrary to everyone’s expectations, Ah-in is promoted to the executive level. Just when her fear of the world is about to melt away for the first time ever, she finds out she is only a token executive to be fired after one year.
Choi Chang-soo (Jo Sung Ha) is a man who asserts a lot of credentials and experience. He is a graduate of Hanguk University who majored in economics and entered VC Agency through open recruitment. Chang-soo climbs his way up the corporate ladder without allowing any failures to taint his success.
Kang Han-na (Son Na Eun), the daughter of VC Group’s chairman, joins the company as an executive. Ah-in’s promotion to senior management has turned out to be a poisoned chalice for the sake of the chairman’s daughter.
Despite the crisis, Ah-in sees an opportunity and the chance to use her power to climb to the top. Go Ah-in and Kang Han-na walk a delicate line between friends and rivals, therefore it will be entertaining to see what kind of individuals they will eventually become for one another.
The staff of this advertising agency may look like graceful swans in front of clients, but behind the scenes, they bravely walk on thin ice in a struggle for survival.
Agency is helmed by Lee Chang-min who directed Monthly Magazine Home, Welcome to Waikiki series, Man to Man, and Remember: War of Son.
