Grasping who his enemies are, Chang-ho begins his plans on catching them in the latest episode of Big Mouth.
Showing up in the chapel, Warden Park claims he is ‘big mouse’, but Chang-ho does not believe him. Mi-ho applies as medical personnel in prison and gets accepted. Chang-ho seeks Mayor Choi as his witness for his trial even though he knows of the mayor’s ulterior motives.

Big Mouth Episode 10 Highlights
“An owner doesn’t wear a leash. He puts one on his dog. A puppet, like you.”
Showing up in the chapel, Warden Park reveals himself as ‘big mouse’, but Chang-ho becomes sure that the warden is not the real one.
Chang-ho then comes out with a recording of their conversation, determined that ‘big mouse’ should suffer the same as him.
Mi-ho talks to Jerry, and apologizes that Chang-ho was mistaken about him having a connection with ‘big mouse’. Jerry then willingly offers himself to testify as a witness in Chang-ho’s trial.
Mayor Choi rewatches the video about Gucheon, and tears up as he recalls his grandfather’s car burning.
Ji-hoon enters the cinema, and tells Mayor Choi that he obviously looks like the kid in the picture. However, that kid has already died in a river long ago.
Interrupting their talk, Chang-ho calls Mayor Choi to request for him to be a witness.
In prison, the psychopath panics at his vision becoming distorted. Using the supplements given during the medical mission, he becomes stabilized, which the room leader notices.
“There have to be problems for us to have something to do.”
The head nurse worries about the side effects on the inmates, but she gets silenced and follows the orders of Jae-ho, Doo-geun, and Chae-bong.
Seeing the three at the hospital, Joo-hee tells them how their presence is a potential embarrassment to the hospital, but the three remain unfazed by her unwelcoming reaction.
Chae-bong requests Joo-hee to stop their dismissal from the hospital. Meanwhile, Doo-geun wonders whether Joo-hee is aware of how they changed the medicine.
Interviewed altogether, the head nurse and Nurse Jang stand against Mi-ho, who is also applying to the medical facility at Gucheon penitentiary.
An emergency happens in the prison field as the psychopath loses his breath. Chairman Yang comments how the psychopath looks like he is on drugs.
Nurse Jang and the head nurse bring the defibrillator, but it has no batteries. Continuing her duty, Mi-ho performs CPR, and rides the ambulance as Warden Park allows her to do so.
For the application of Nurse Jang and the head nurse, Warden Park coldly tells them to wait for the result.
“A prosecutor wins using evidence. Not rumors.”
Chang-ho remains silent until Mayor Choi sits as a witness. Presenting his recording of the warden confessing he is ‘big mouse’, Chang-ho asks the prosecution to release an arrest warrant for the warden on the grounds of blackmail and extortion of inmates.
Acting like he is giving his full trust in Mayor Choi, Chang-ho gives the mayor the recording and distrusts the prosecution until his request is granted.
Mayor Choi agrees and supports Chang-ho, and Ji-hoon also advises Prosecutor Choi to follow the mayor.
Hearing that narcotics were not found on the inmate they had just brought to the hospital, Mi-ho secretly draws blood from the inmate and hands it to be tested.
Sitting in solitary confinement, the room leader brings Chang-ho food and the news that his wife is accepted as medical personnel inside prison.
As the warden attempts to get information on Professor Seo’s paper, Mi-ho dodges his questions, and tells him that she came to protect her husband.
The room leader introduces himself to Mi-ho. Trusting the room leader, Mi-ho asks him how to consult about the inmates’ blood tests.
Exchanging questions with each other, Warden Park tells Chang-ho that ‘big mouse’ is interested in the paper because someone close to him died because of it. Keeping his part of the deal, Chang-ho tells the warden that the paper has something to do with blood.
Prosecutor Choi goes ahead in arresting Warden Park as Ji-hoon also gives his permission through a call.
Watching from above, Chang-ho tells Mi-ho that anyone who looks flustered or angry about the arrest could be ‘big mouse’.
“A lunatic could leave for a psycho to come in.”
Warden Park keeps his silence and is ready to accept punishments. However, he gets shaken up by the recording played by Prosecutor Choi.
Ordered by Mayor Choi, the recording was submitted by Gan Soo-chul, the new warden of Gucheon penitentiary.
Chang-ho gets called by the new warden, and he meets Mayor Choi at the prison underground.
Introduced to each other, Mayor Choi assured the two of the strong alliance for their mission to catch ‘big mouse’.
Leaving work, Joo-hee drinks from her cup and gets into a car accident. The accident then gets covered in the news, reaching Mayor Choi.
As Mi-ho leaves for work, Chang-ho walks her out, and tells her how he figured out Mayor Choi is an accomplice in Seo’s murder.
Confirming the mayor’s real nature with the manipulation of the blood sample, Chang-ho feels sure that ‘big mouse’ has begun attacking Mayor Choi, and this would be essential in eliminating them both.
Big Mouth Episode 10 Musings
In the recent episodes, the feasibility of Warden Park and Mayor Choi being ‘big mouse’ are debunked. Although they appeared to have actions close to being ‘big mouse’, they are just either puppets or another foe of ‘big mouse’.
Mayor Choi, who seemed reliable at first, turns out to be a character who uses his power efficiently. He is a character also occupied with his own interests, possibly hinting at revenge on the elite.
Picturing what the secret of Gucheon Hospital is, the episodes have drawn a clearer connection of it with drugs or new narcotics. The comments of Chairman Yang and the room leader hold ground on the idea of drugs disguised as supplements inside prison.
Mayor Choi shows his true colors, and ‘big mouse’ begins to attack his side. For Chang-ho who already figured out who his enemies are, his plans are now directed at outsmarting them all while pretending to be their allies.
Viewers are still left to find out who ‘big mouse’ is, and we could look forward to a battle between the mayor and big mouse, which Chang-ho would utilize in the next episodes.
