Do-jun takes over Daeyoung card and Soonyang card, offering a workable scheme for credit delinquents. At the late chairman’s memorial, Young-ki hears that Do-jun is now the largest shareholder of Soonyang Corporation, which frustrates Seong-jun.
Launching a wide investigation on conglomerates’ illegalities to sway public opinion, Dong-ki tips Chang-je to probe Do-jun. Willingly putting himself in the trap, Do-jun drags everyone into exposing the illegalities inside Soonyang.
Released from prosecution, Do-jun suggests to Min-yeong of getting married. As he awaits his inauguration as chairman, he dies in a three-way rear-end car collision. He then wakes up as Hyeon-woo after being saved by Min-yeong overseas.

With the help of Min-yeong, he comes back to Korea and realizes that he was at the hospital for a week. Being hunted down by the prosecution for embezzlement, Hyeon-woo learns that he was the fall person for the slush fund.
Motivated to have Seong-jun arrested, Chang-je and Hwa-young support Min-yeong in launching a hearing to investigate Seong-jun. Proceeding with it, Min-yeong uses Hyeon-woo’s submitted evidence and Yoon-ki’s help.
Hyeon-woo then plays the recording of the day he witnessed Do-jun die, revealing that Young-ki instigated it. After proving Soonyang’s illegalities, members of the Jin family are removed from management.
Concluding his experience, Hyeon-woo calls it repentance for Do-jun and himself. He then meets Min-yeong, who now wears clothes colored other than black.

The episodes of the drama were connected well, making the plot’s progression intact and organized. Though some happenings were unpredictable, the plot’s direction could grab viewers’ attention for being interesting and containing a lot of relevance.
Hyeon-woo’s story definitely drew a clear representation and vivid picture of a man of poverty being wronged by a seemingly indestructible conglomerate. Other characters’ boldness also adds flavor to the engaging story written.

To be born privileged is determined by the birth lottery, and life cannot be repeated as it is. However, this drama teaches us that there’s a lot to learn from past events as it pretty much tells what may come if you listen and analyze the present carefully.
Casting a talented set of actors and actresses in a well-developed plot has produced an outstanding drama that will be remembered for ages. Like the Reply series and Twenty Five Twenty One, which revisits certain timelines, Reborn Rich used its timeline in a way that makes people realize what an impact such similar events could bring.
Even though the romance shows weak establishment, the drama remained to shine given its interesting conflict progress per episode. Given the ideal ending where the rich lose their power over a company, the drama closes with a hopeful tone of a fair society with a deep understanding of poverty.
In reality, abusive company owners are difficult to be punished, but the ending was wrapped well on a positive note. Rather than concluding the revenge violently and hopelessly, its conclusion emphasized repentance and accountability.
