Let Me Be Your Knight Episode 7 Key Moments

“Was Tae-in hyung in your dream?”

From getting a blanket inside the house, Woo-yeon sees the drunk Tae-in giving Yun-ju a back hug while mumbling for her not to go. Woo-yeon quickly resolves the scene by untangling them. But something in Yun-ju feels unsettled about Tae-in that she wakes up from a sweet dream about him. Shin, who connects her disoriented thoughts, is quick to tease her about Tae-in.

Bothered by the intimate gesture, Yun-ju loops in that idea while Tae-in appears having no recollection of it. LUNA proceeds with the preparations for the home concert. They also hint at the project through their personal social media channels.

Meanwhile, Woo-yeon was invited by his hometown friends for a drink. When he spots a claw machine, albeit being tipsy, he mustered his focus to get a stuffed toy.

Back at the house, Tae-in questions the therapy Yun-ju puts him through. She explains the session would calm the dark energy surrounding him while faintly insinuating his odd drinking habit.

“I book the rink for myself.”

Tagging along to her patient’s commercial shoot, Yun-ju and Tae-in go to a skating rink. While the photographer fawned over Tae-in while shooting, he recklessly acted rude to anyone else. He even orders Yun-ju to help pack things up and ends up ruining his clothes in the process.

Saving his doctor-in-distress who was pushed by the photographer, he demanded him to apologize to Yun-ju.

After the photoshoot, Tae-in sends her a message and gives her a chance to try ice skating. He denies booking the ice rink for her, but for his own pleasure. Assuming the lead, Tae-in keeps struggling with balance forcing them to embrace. Without realizing it, the two frolic the refreshing and stress relieving experience.

“Someone told me before that this song reminds of a warm blanket.”

Packing her things up, Yun-ju had an adorable moment remembering how cool Tae-in was at the pictorial. She then finds him watching their practice video and goes for a casual chat about him handling pressure.

The next day, she takes a rest day as LUNA prepares for their “home concert”. She watches with her friend as the boys perform well as they practice. Her emotions surge even more when Tae-in performed the song she once told him that she likes because of its comforting melody.

At night, Ga-on’s snore kept Tae-in awake so he called Yun-ju and chat casually. Confirming she liked their performance of the song “Let Me Be Your Knight” made him smile victoriously. He tells her to eat breakfast at home the next day. However, Woo-yeon who has been contemplating his feelings for Yun-ju goes to intercept Yun-ju by going to the hotel he thought she was staying.

While chatting with Yun-ju, who was willing to wait for Yun-ju prepares, he sees Kang Sun-ju in front of the hotel.

Let Me Be Your Knight Episode 7 Musings

Moonlights surely have a new heartening lullaby thanks to LUNA. I mentioned this before but really the songs featured in Let Me Be Your Knight are gorgeous. It’s extra special because the actors are also doing the music.

Fawning over the series springs from the fetching story, the boys, the love tales and the music so far. These and the subtle warmth of seeing the healing process between Tae-in and Yun-ju is a bonus.

If this chapter is a preview of how sweet it would be when the love stories are realized in the story, then fans of the series would be in for a blast. In the teaser of the next episode, we can smell jealousy is in the air.

I’m hoping Yun-ju’s lies will not be revealed yet soon since the narrative’s attention to put each member in the spotlight still needs to elaborate on Shin and Yoochan’s stories. It is safe to assume that Woo-yeon and Tae-in will be highlighted more in the love triangle with Yun-ju.

The series has interestingly taken the romantic comedy route without losing its focus in sprinkling heartening and soothing messages on self-healing and healing through human connection.
